Actually run tests are in my opinion important because numpy is mostly a
run time dependency.
To the best of my knowledge scipy and matplotlib should be OK. I'm
maintaining them together with numpy. Nevertheless I sent updates of
these two SlackBuilds together with the one for numpy.
