I run as follows:
fakeroot ./tweepy.SlackBuild
- are you sure you built all dependencies? also dependencies of dependencies?
- have you tried running it without fakeroot?
Not sure if it helps, but these are the dependencies

builds fine (on 64 bit with multilib installed...)
