hi, i'll see what i can do for academic/tophat over the weekend. If i can't fix it, then we will have to remove it and possibly add it later if a new version that builds is released. Alternatively, i can take the ready binaries from the External Tools of Ugene (http://ugene.net/external.html) and host it on SF myself.
