It wasn't me on IRC, but obviously somebody else has noticed. What bugs me
is that every time that x265 is upgraded a number of other tools (at least
ffmpeg, mplayer, mkvtoolnix) must be rebuilt. Well, at least I have to do
so: otherwise, they can't find the target x265 library. Interestingly, mpv
does not have to be rebuilt - and it still seems to work fine for me, in
that it is able to play everything I throw at it, including material that
uses the H.265 HEVC codec.

There are some reports that it breaks some other scripts during runtime (not build time since i tested with all scripts that directly depends on it before i merge the update in master)
