[Slackbuilds-users] new maintainers omitting READMEs

Recently I saw several new SlackBuilds that omit most official README.* 
information from README rather than having mostly brief/non-descriptive 
one-liners.  I looked at some the source code which all has long 
README.* but for some reason all that was omitted.  When there's only 
brief/non-descriptive one-liners I don't know what any that software 
does, so had to look at source code.  If I was a SlackBuilds team member 
I'd reject all those and say put as much of the README.* as possible.
