I wish I could help you. I have also tried to compile 1.19.1(4)

I am down to 10 errors remaining, and it includes the same
llutf16string issue that you have.
I have posted my compile output in this list, in a message dated Sept
13, 2008. Nobody responded, and unless something changes, I have
pretty much concluded that the 1.19.1(4) release viewer is not
compile-able.
Hmmmmmmm I compiled that yesterday but on linux, the file in questions
however differs at thet part between windows and Linux. My guess form
the error is that a version of the compiler that doesn't support that
code is being used. If i recall correctly 1.19.4 was for a old version
of Visual studio.
