We'd update the banner, but unfortunately, the database being in read-only mode means we can't update it (since the banner is in the db) This had nothing to do with the installation of the breadcrumb extension. Our service provider had a fileserver failure. Sorry that Breadcrumb jumped in line in front of Cite. I can't promise anything since it isn't my call, but I suspect that Cite can get installed reasonably soon as well.
