You're providing a different kind of functionality there. SVC-1594
would allow you to do anything that can be done in a web browser using
web services plus send chat messages to an in-world object. VWR-10924
would allow you to do anything that can be done in the SL viewer using
callbacks plus send chat messages to an in-world object.
