This sounds suspiciously like the Boost problem described here: https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/VWR-9541 There's a number of workarounds and suggestions for how to deal with it in the issue. As for the real fix, I'll ping the developer who is working on it. It sounds like I also need to update the build instructions to make that particular pitfall more obvious.
