Hi,
Following up on Rob's email (and just so you know that we are working
actively on this...), we know that the most recent Mac build is crash
happy and I logged a PJIRA about it:

I'm trying to track this but it's rather hairy. Help appreciated. Hint
of situations that make the code more likely to crash or, even,
knowledge of Mac configuration that do not crash, will be appreciated.
Please comment in the PJIRA.
