[sldev] 64-bit & stand-alone Linux users all in http-texture?

Are the 64-bit Linux users all using http-texture? To date, I've been
pushing 64-bit and stand-alone build fixes to maint-viewer. If
everyone's on board with the http-texture (and future similar)
branches, we should make that the home for these.
