I just updated the Open Source Portal page with links to the 
1.23.2-2259 build installers.

I had to update this template:
https://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Template:Ossbuild-installers
because it's itself referenced by Template:Open_Source_Portal/Featured

I added a note to Template:Ossbuild-installers to reflect the fact
that the template must be updated at each new release (1.23.0, 1.23.1,
1.23.2...). 

Hope this was correct.
