What he (they) basically try to do is that you aren't allowed to run a script unless the RL identity of the person who last made changes to a script is known with LL. In other words, script won't run unless the creator's identity is known, and saving a script after making changes should change the name of the creator. Payment is not needed. The problem that I see with this is that every scripter wannabee has to be verified first... which is very nice in the case of griefers, but has a major negative impact on a LOT of other users. We have already proof that LL doesn't give a damn about the latter, so I thought I'd bring this up before after 6 months of silence this is suddenly enforced. Seems better to me to discuss it *before* it's implemented :p -- Carlo Wood <[email protected]> _______________________________________________ Policies and (un)subscribe information available here: http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/SLDev Please read the policies before posting to keep unmoderated posting privileges
