Yeah, I thought about that. My first edit said "Snowglobe Help", which, after using the menu, was a rather jarring experience to see the Second Life-branded stuff (which we won't be rebranding, because a lot of the content there is specific to the Second Life service). However, having just "Second Life Help" creates a different problem, which is that someone looking for help with Snowglobe might be inclined to overlook that. The compromise I ended up with was making the link say "Snowglobe/Second Life Help", since both viewer and service help are covered there. Anyway, we're pretty far into the weeds on this conversation for it to be something for this wide of a distribution.
