I'm on vista x64 with nvidia GTX280. I'm not getting the message about the min specs, but have problems rendering the ocean.. Tiles are not being rendered or flickering. (see http://www.evolutie.org/movies/snowglobe.mov) I'm getting this behaviour also with RC 1.23. I'm fine on 1.21.6
