On the Mac you will end up with a .app package in indra/build-darwin- i386/newview/Release/ (if you picked the Release build config) that's all you need. The skins etc. will all be in there with the application, so you can just copy Snowglobe.app to your Applications folder.

Hi,

I have successfully compiled the source code for the MAC. Which files/folders do I need to create an installer? Is it the same files used for Windows?

For windows, I include the following files:

All files in linden/indra/build-vc80/release/*
All .dll files in linden/indra/newview
All *feature*.txt files in linden/indra/newview
Skins, Character, App_settings and Fonts folders in linden/indra/ newview

Also, I'm new to developing on the MAC. Should I package up the files using Package Maker? Or should I be creating a .dmg file to drag into the applications folder?

Kind Regards,
Izze
