Hi there, As you may have noticed, there isn't a lot of different error message when things go wrong when playing a media. In order to help out identify what's happening and fix bugs, I'd like reporters to indicate the following: - *when* the problem happens (i.e. at launch, when displaying the splash screen, after login) - the URL of the problematic media (if you have it) - the SLURL where the problem happened - please attach the SecondLife.log file (important info of what failed exactly are in there)
