Counter point, I have been part of the solution provider program for several
years, and there have been many occasions where the name overlap has caused
some confusion. Nothing critical though, but questionable.

The Open Source and Open Sim acronym overlap is quite unfortunate. Though
you can question the idea that a OpenSim mailing list could be hosted on a
secondlife.com domain. I'm not sure how else the list could be called that
would match its purpose. Maybe I can think of something over a cup of Earl
Grey.
