Maybe it is a weblogic related thing however as discussed earlier it totally makes sense to use a Set instead of a List. That bug was submitted to the weblogic folks by Matthew Teeter in Feb 2009 and nothing happend - and honestly i really think it won't. However that error message continues to pop up everytime i restart our server...
