Thank you Alexander. One note, findPossibleStateLoggerBinderPathSet doesn't catch AccessControlExceptions so bind will still fail. Would you like me to open another issue/request? Basically, that method should simply catch Exception rather than the specific exception it was. I'm using a private build of slf4j now, so I'm good either way.
