So the idea that somehow multiple stacks would be useful is surprising since the vast majority of users don't use the ThreadContextStack/NDC at all. However, it does make sense that the ThreadContextMap (MDC) should support collections of values as well as single values. Although this implementation uses a Deque instead of a List it does fulfill that purpose.
