I am *unable* to reproduce this problem using logback 0.9.28 and tomcat
7.0.8. From what I can tell, it all seems to work quite nicely.
I suspect that DsMonContextLoaderListener's contextInitialized method is
doing something different than a context initializer in my test web-app.
