  Added:       src/webdav/client/src/org/apache/webdav/util
                        WebdavResource.java
  Log:
  - Add an API layer which sits on top on the WebDAV client library,
  and whch gives a resource oriented view of the Webdav namespcae.
  - This class is an experimental version, still buggy!
