If you put slide.war in the webapps directory, Tomcat should create a slide
directory and expand the archive's content into it the next time you run it.
You should be able to access the /slide path.
I just tried both M8 and a nightly with TC 3.2.1, and both run fine (just
put the war in the webapps folder and restart TC).
