It would be good to know what are the minimum in order to just compile it -
and how/where they should placed.
It seems the names are fixed in the build file too - you could make the
build.xml file more generic to just add all jars in the lib directory to the
build classpath.
Since you distribute some of the jars in the built version, I presume the
reason to not include them is to reduce bandwidth when getting the source?
