Well, a release target seems like overkill to me, but if someone really wants to do it...
By the way, do we need a binary Client release or only this full one?

Are there not three options, binary only, full and source only? Some people might not bother about the sources at all, so a binary release might make sense. Regarding the other two options, I really have no preference.
What would full mean? Source plus the pre-built client libs? I thought that was source anyway. Well, I do not know...
