Again, this is what workspaces are for:
1) you checkout a workspace (begin) 2) you work on it 3) then you save it (commit)
AFAIU (after reading Lisa Dusseault's book :-) with workspaces you still
have to checkin your documents individually. There is no way to specify
to commit the whole workspace. To checkin a set of documents in an
atomic way you have to use activities.
