I may be wrong, but I've emailed the spec leads to check on this and to see if there is some way to have a public list (which does indeed seem to be the right way to have a public review...). In the meantime, you can post to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and you will get a response(s), but an n-way convrersation will be hard.
