When using a realm other than the Tomcat 4 SlideRealm, you have to declare
users in both the Tomcat realm and in the Slide namespace.
So for example, let's say you want to log in as "john" (which is a user defined
in Slide's default configuration), you also have to add a john user in your
realm.
Unfortunately, the whole procedure isn't explained at all in the current
documention.
