At least we know now that we shouldn't use the odbc bridge with sqlserver...
About versioning. The Delta-V part of slide isn't ready yet, the slide
engine and the interfaces to the backends are (mostly) ready but not the
WebDAV extension.
You could probably enable the versioning but you will need to create a
separate application to manage the versions. Or better yet, implement the
delta-V extension and share it with us :-)
To enable the versioning you should set "isversioned" in the revisions
table.
