The TC 4 integrated WebDAV support doesn't handle PROPPATCH, if that's what you are using as the server. If you think you're using Slide, is the Slide context '/webdav' ? '/webdav/index.html' doesn't look like a valid URL in the Slide namespace (unless you did upload the file yourself there).
