I have a WebFolder connected to my Slide server. I can browse it and view files. When I try to drag a new file into the WebFolder, it sends a HEAD request to Slide. On Slide's side the HeadMethod is an extension to the GetMethod. The GetMethod fails to execute because the resource doesn't exist, and the operation fails.
