The problem is that WebdavResource doesn't ask for create date by default.  I
changed this in my source so it always asks for create date.  I think there's
also a way to set the properties it will request from a resource by default.

I asked about this before and the answer was that they wanted to reduce the
network traffic, but I think create date should always be returned.
