We are evaluating Slide as our object relational layer. Does Slide support
transparent persistence of a navigable object model, lazy loading,
one-to-many and many-to-many relationships, object reference caching,
transactional cascading updates/deletes, strong datatyping and validation,
and event based persistence (i.e. afterStore() / beforeStore() /
afterDelete() / etc.)? I know content management solutions are typically
meant for documents, but in your opinion could Slide be used as a comparable
replacement to a typical JDO-like tool, with similar performance and
scalability, with little to no effort?
Thanks in advance,
