I was not recommending that OP took a nightly build from CVS; and further, I myself am using 1.0.16 . I personally cannot be bothered to compile from source when there are many dependencies and pre-req's. OP asked when there will be next production release, and as no-one seems to know, CVS is as close as you are going to get. I have heard there are new features, and several bug fixes. Someone else can try it out tho ;o)
