It is there with the other binary releases on the Jakarta release page at:
http://jakarta.apache.org/site/binindex.cgi
But it is under a different section heading (Milestone builds) toward the
end of the page as it isn't a full release. Go to the very bottom of this
downloads page then scroll back just a little to find the "Milestone Builds"
section where you will see slide 2.1 milestone 1.
