Upgrade Path to New Version

 Hi,
  
  I am using an old version of Slide (2.0.0?) with the XMLDescriptorStore  and 
FileContentStore.  I would like to transition to the newest  production version 
of Slide.  Are there any scripts for  this?  If not, what would be the accepted 
strategy?
