For programatically upload the file, you have to implement the PUT or GET or DELETE Method. For this you have to look into the Syntax of these Requests. These are in XML syntax. So you have to make a request in program , pass arguments as xml and send this request to HTTP server. If it is quite confusing, see the implemented Third Party APIS avaialbel on net.
