Die vollständige server.log wäre im Zweifel hilfreicher, der eine Fehler scheint nicht vollständig kopiert zu sein. Hast Du wirklich alles neu installiert (alle Einstellungen, Cache etc. gelöscht)? Ansonsten mal Server stoppen, Cache löschen (bis auf ggf. InstalledPlugins), Server starten.
