Today when I use the newest sling code to build sling. There is a mistake
happened as follow.

[INFO] Failed to resolve artifact.
GroupId: org.apache.sling
ArtifactId: org.apache.sling.extensions.threaddump
Version: 0.1.0-incubator-SNAPSHOT
Reason: Unable to download the artifact from any repository
Try downloading the file manually from the project website.
