Thanks for the info about PackageAdmin and StartLevel, didn't know that!
Agree about ConfigurationAdmin, just delay actions if absent.
Your comment about package dependency changes makes sense, agree that it's a
good reason to create a separate bundle for the worker functionality, with
minimal dependencies.
What about the log service, is it safe use slf4j interfaces directly in the
worker bundle, or could that cause bundle restarts?
