[SliTaz] Slitaz rolling core.exe doesn't find USB

I have followed the instructions provided. I did the first step, for the
second step, i followed what the instructions said, and when that failed, I
dismounted the USB in windows 8.1 in the second step after waiting for
windows to mount it.
