Only guessing at what part you are stuck on but in my experience with uefi 
hardware was that unless I enabled a setting in the bios known as legacy boot 
the uefi wont see it and will blow past in in boot sequence. That is one 
option. The other is to make a uefi boot entry in the bios for the usb stick. 

I am guessing you are using Slitaz 5 rolling? It is a efi capable iso from what 
I hear but I am not all that familiar with installing. If there is to be a 
reboot action and to boot to the usb for the install it may be worth enabling 
legacy boot in bios or the other path of making a boot entry for it in uefi 
potion of bios.
