I had these thoughts about the Makers Mark.. If halifax is the seatlle of canada that would make sloan the Nirvana of canada.. right? then the drummer of sloan plays guitar in a new band after sloan is gone and dead... wouldn't that make makers mark..the Foo Fighters?
