Last weekend around 2:30am saturday, the master node slon stopped processing events. sl_status on that node was not updating the timestamps or event numbers. I thought it might have been some vacuum interlocking so killed my nightly vacuum, but that didn't clear it up, so I had to kill the slon and restart it. It took about 2 minutes to catch up once I did that at 3am (damn I hate waking up to the pager!). There was nothing in the logs either after the 2:30 mark. The slon on the replica was still logging cleanup thread events so it wasn't stuck.
