I need to regularly snap shot our production database on to my development platform. This database is a slony master. What is the recommended way to do this. I don't want any of the slony stuff in the clone after the copy.
I have been trying to use dump/restore and then delete cascade the slony schema but there must be a cleaner way to do this. -- =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Glen and Rosanne Eustace, GodZone Internet Services, a division of AGRE Enterprises Ltd., P.O.
