Please find attached another Makefile patch for tools/altperl
It does two things: 1)Install slon_tools.conf-sample into pgsharedir. This makes it consistent with other sample file locations. Furthermore, we are tying Slony and PostgreSQL together, so this makes it more
consistent with the rest of the current installation behavior. 2)Theres a missing dependency between Makefile install and all targets. If issueing a make install on a fresh source directory, slony won't install correctly, since slon-tools isn't built at this point. Making install depending on all target fixes this issue.
