I just upgraded a test server from 1.2.2 to 1.2.6 and noticed that sl_registry did not get created. It looks like it should have been created by 1.2.2, but apparently it was not.
This server started out as 1.1.5, then was upgraded to 1.2.2 and today has been upgraded to 1.2.6.
