As far as I'm aware, you're the first to run Slony-I on a recent HP/UX.

A search for "strtoll hp/ux" gives the following as the very first link:

The second link shows what the SAMB project came up with as a workaround
for strtoll unavailability on HP/UX...

If that works, then I'd be glad to contemplate a patch to accommodate
