And a _really_ nifty trick is that you can STORE TRIGGER _before the
trigger is installed_. This means if you want to add a trigger to
all nodes, and don't want to take the outage right away (because of a
lock on the table you're adding it to), you could STORE TRIGGER and
then add the relevant trigger to the origin node when you have your
next outage (just don't forget!)
